For us, coffee has always been about connection — shared moments, thoughtful conversation, and a sense of togetherness. Our space at Unbound Brews was designed for just that. Whether you’re planning a workshop, a celebration, an open mic event, or even live theatre, we’d love to help make it happen!

Capacity & Capabilities

Our café and patio offer a blend of comfort and character, a welcoming space in central Los Angeles that feels intimate while being spacious. Inside, you’ll find a bright, naturally lit café (15 seated / 30 standing) along with a commercial kitchen, and optional access to our 600 square foot roastery. Just outside the sliding glass wall is our 2,400 square foot outdoor patio, surrounded by an edible garden and plenty of room for guests —  40 seated or up to 80 standing. It’s the kind of space that shifts naturally from daylight conversations to evening toasts.

We host everything from baby showers and private dinners to corporate offsites, film shoots, and pop-up markets. Each event is a little different. You can choose a collaborative setup (shared space) or a full buyout for something completely your own.

• On-site staff & freshly roasted specialty coffee for tastings or service
• Equipment coordination for tables, chairs, and shade
• Optional coffee cart service (hot coffee, nitro cold brew, whole beans for take-home/gifts)
• Optional kitchen rental for catering or chef-driven menus
• Preferred pricing for nonprofits, collaborations, and recurring bookings
  

Pricing At A Glance

• Starting Rates (includes 2–3 event staff)
  • Half Day: $500 weekday / $700 weekend
  • Full Day: $800 weekday / $1,000 weekend
• Kitchen Rental: $500
• Conditional Beer & Wine: $400
• 20% deposit secures your date, with full payment due 1 day prior to the event
• If you’re hosting outside of normal café hours (weekends 8am–3pm), we can often offer preferred pricing
  

Hosting at Unbound Brews is about more than just renting a venue, it’s about creating an atmosphere.
